How many revisions do I get? Why not unlimited? +
You get 2–3 rounds of refinement on your chosen concept — the same as reputable Canadian designers and boutique studios (Cloud3, BGSPlus, 99designs). 'Unlimited revisions' is a red flag associated with offshore Fiverr shops. In practice it leads to scope creep, a designer who stops caring, and a logo that gets worse instead of better because there's no forcing function to commit to a direction. Our process is: 3–5 real concepts, you pick one, we refine it over 2–3 tight rounds until you're proud of it. If we need one more pass to nail it, we do it — we don't nickel-and-dime.

What if I don't like any of the concepts? +
In 22 years of running businesses and 3 years of designing brands, this has happened twice. If it happens with you, we do a second concept round at no extra cost. If after that you're still not feeling it, you get a full refund minus a $99 discovery fee.
Are the sample logos on this page real client work? +
No — the logos in the 'Sample Work' gallery (Redwood & Timber, Meridian Homes, Blackfoot Coffee Roasters, Northern Legal, Wildflour Bakery, Alberta Roofing Co.) are illustrative concepts created to demonstrate design range, style, and quality. They are not real businesses and are not for sale. Client work is protected until it launches — once we have a portfolio of live launches, they'll replace these samples.
Do I own the logo when you're done? +
Yes, fully. Once the invoice is paid, you own every version, every file, every use. No licensing fees, no watermarks, no usage limits. We keep a copy for our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Can you match my existing website / brand? +
Yes — if you already have a colour palette or a font you love, we build the logo around it. If you don't have those things yet, we can create them alongside the logo (that's the Full Brand Identity package).
Will the logo work on my truck / sign / building? +
Yes. Every logo we deliver includes a vector EPS file specifically for signage and vehicle wraps. Take it to any sign shop and they'll know exactly what to do with it.
Can you do a rush logo for a launch or event? +
Yes — 3-day turnaround available for a 25% rush fee. We've done logos for grand openings, trade shows, and one-time events. Just tell us the deadline on the discovery call.
What if I already have a logo but it looks dated? +
That's a logo refresh — we keep what's recognizable about your brand and modernize the rest. Refresh pricing starts at $199 if there's an existing logo to work from.
